On Monday, January 6, police authorities revealed that the reality TV star was present at a local Twin Peaks Sports Bar in Atlanta.

According to a report by TMZ, Chase Chrisley was “really drunk” inside the bar and behaved inappropriately with the bar’s staff. His behavior was described as “disrespectful and belligerent.” Moreover, Chrisley, while drunk, hit the victim, who turned out to be the bar’s general manager.

The report further states that the victim asked Chrisley to leave the premises due to his drunken condition but he refused to do so. Instead, the latter allegedly assaulted him with a chair and “slapped him on the face twice.” The concerned authorities were informed about the incident via a phone call by the victim. However, upon their arrival, Chrisley had left the scene.

Additionally, as per another report by People, the alleged victim had evidence from security cameras to confirm the identity of the culprit. Meanwhile, the whole situation is currently deemed as a “simple assault.” This is because the victim has sustained no injuries and has refused medical care.

As per another report by TMZ, official records state that Chase Chrisley was arrested on Thursday, January 9. He was held in custody at the Fulton County Jail on the charge of “simple battery.” Chrisley was later released on a $10,000 bond. While he has not yet given any statement about this incident, his attorneys have denied the accusations against him.
