The actress’s affectionate two-slide photos showed just how close they have become. In one snap, Cyrus wrapped his arms tightly around Hurley as she leaned back into his chest, smiling warmly at the camera.

Another shot captured the couple riding around Cyrus’ property in a buggy, joined by one of his dogs. Hurley shared the sweet moments with fans, captioning her post “Tennessee weekend” alongside a red heart emoji.

The new relationship comes after both stars’ past high-profile romances. Hurley was married to businessman Arun Nayar from 2007 to 2011 and has famously been linked to actor Hugh Grant.

The pair’s relationship appeared to have been building quietly long before they made it official. Reports revealed early signs of their connection surfaced when Hurley posted an Instagram reel posing in a bikini while tagging Cyrus and featuring his song “She’s Not Cryin’ Anymore” in the background.

The move hinted at something more than friendship between the two stars. Back in a 2020 interview, Hurley had shared that while she remained open to finding love, she had no plans to remarry.

She explained that she valued companionship and fun but did not see marriage as necessary, especially since she was not looking to expand her family or seek financial support.

Cyrus, who finalized a rocky divorce from singer Firerose, seemed to have the same mindset, focusing more on a fun-loving romance.

Going Instagram official on Easter seemed to open the floodgates, as Cyrus soon shared how Hurley stepped in to support him during a tough time in his life.

The Blast reported that the 63-year-old explained in an interview that he and Hurley first met in 2022 while filming “Christmas in Paradise,” shortly after his separation from ex-wife Tish Cyrus.

Despite feeling an immediate connection, the two went nearly two years without speaking once the movie wrapped. During that long stretch of silence, Cyrus admitted he hit a rough patch. Out of the blue, he received a text from an unknown number offering support.

The message read something like, “Hey, it looks like life might be a little bit tough, and I just wanted you to know I’m in your corner; you’ve got a friend in your corner; you’ve got a friend in your corner.”

When Cyrus texted back to ask who it was, he was stunned to learn it was Hurley. “Of all the people to reach out to me in that second that maybe I needed most… this friend who made me laugh,” he recalled.
