South Park’s Kristi Noem episode’s Paramount+ end-credits scene revealed

South Park has shared an alternate end-credits scene of Season 27, Episode 2, titled “Got a Nut.” In the scene in question, the show’s iteration of Kristi Noem visits an establishment seemingly called Pets Galore. The audience can subsequently see her through the frosted glass, shooting the animals inside. One small dog tries to escape, but she comes outside and kills it as well.

Viewers can catch the scene on social media or while streaming the episode on Paramount+. However, it wasn’t part of the episode when it aired on Comedy Central. At the time of this article’s composition, it’s unknown why the scene was left out of the episode’s TV broadcast. The show usually produces its episodes weekly to keep up with the current social and political events. As a result, it might be that by the time the animators were done with the scene, it couldn’t be attached to the episode’s TV debut, but still could be part of the streaming version.

The episode, as a whole, critiqued Noem and ICE. The former is shown shooting dogs multiple times in the episode, while ICE conducts a raid on heaven, trying to find immigrants. The episode also seemingly ridicules Noem for the cosmetic surgeries she allegedly underwent. (via The Independent)

It’s possible that these scenes involving Noem shooting dogs allude to the fact that she has admitted that she shot a family dog because it had an “aggressive personality” and was “untrainable” in her memoir. (via The Guardian)

The next episode of South Park airs on Comedy Central on August 20, 2025.
